Ground floor: living room with a divan and armchairs, satellite TV, fully- equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
First floor: two double rooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds; bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC; terrace.


Lunch /dinner to order (the price depends on the menu).
Flat cleaning and linen change (including bed, table, bath and swimming pool linen) are made every Saturday or at the end of the stay.

Electricity, gas, bed/bath/table linen for all the people in the apartment included. Heating not included.
Use of outdoor swimming pool with Hydro-massage ( 5 x 11mt, 1.4mt depth, no chlorine) included. Open from May to October.

30% payment in advance required, depending on the total charge; Bank transfer payment required.
Balance payable on arrival.
Minimum stay: 2 nights for 2 people.
Free stay for children up to 3; 20% discount for children aged up to 12.
